Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of mangoes
- 1 can coconut cream, 400 g
- 5 tsp, heaped curry powder
- 1 tsp, heaped stock, granulated
- 100 ml water
- 1 spring onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
slightly sweet, spicy soup
Place the mango, juice, and coconut cream in a saucepan. Puree and gradually add the curry. Add the granulated stock and water and heat gently. Garnish with sliced spring onions.
