Ingredients
 

  • 125 g Grated carrots
  • 125 g Grated apple
  • 5 Eggs
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 5 tbsp Amaretto
  • 200 g Ground almonds
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the form

Instructions
 

  • Grease a tin and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  • Sprinkle the carrots and apple with a little lemon.
  • Mix the flour, almonds, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and the amaretto until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the beaten sugar egg and stir in. Now fold the carrot and apple rasps into the batter and place in a baking pan.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 ° and bake the cake for 50-60 minutes.
