Ingredients
- 125 g Grated carrots
- 125 g Grated apple
- 5 Eggs
- 250 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 5 tbsp Amaretto
- 200 g Ground almonds
- 150 g Flour
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- Fat and breadcrumbs for the form
Instructions
- Grease a tin and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle the carrots and apple with a little lemon.
- Mix the flour, almonds, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl.
- Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and the amaretto until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the dry ingredients to the beaten sugar egg and stir in. Now fold the carrot and apple rasps into the batter and place in a baking pan.
- Preheat the oven to 170 ° and bake the cake for 50-60 minutes.
