Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kohlrabi
- e.g. carrot(s)
- 2 apples
- 6 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp syrup (agave syrup)
- possibly garlic
- possibly parsley, fresh
- possibly nuts, ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Grate the carrots, kohlrabi, and apples into julienne strips. Whisk the remaining ingredients and add to the salad. Season to taste. If desired, add garlic, fresh parsley, or ground nuts.
