Carrot and mango salad with sprouts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g carrot(s), grated, approx. 2 medium-thick carrots
  • 150 g mango pulp, sliced, approx. pulp of half a fruit
  • 150 g leaf lettuce, curly
  • 1 cup sprouts, mixed, that is 2 tsp of the ungerminated seeds
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp hemp oil
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the dressing ingredients together. Then mix the carrots and mango flesh with the dressing, and finally fold in the lettuce and sprouts.
