Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g carrot(s), grated, approx. 2 medium-thick carrots
- 150 g mango pulp, sliced, approx. pulp of half a fruit
- 150 g leaf lettuce, curly
- 1 cup sprouts, mixed, that is 2 tsp of the ungerminated seeds
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp hemp oil
- 1 tsp vegetable broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the dressing ingredients together. Then mix the carrots and mango flesh with the dressing, and finally fold in the lettuce and sprouts.
