Carrot and Potato Gratin
The perfect carrot and potato gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Sliced carrots
- 3 Sliced potatoes
- 300 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Cream cheese garden herbs
- 0,5 liter Vegetable broth
- 1 Maggi herb branch
- 2 Spring onions fresh
- Garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper
- 200 g Gratin cheese
- Cook the peeled and sliced carrots and carrots in a strong vegetable stock with a few leaves of Maggi cabbage until firm to the bite. Drain, but collect the boiling water.
- Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, peel the onion and the garlic and cut into small pieces and fry everything together.
- Layer the potato and carrot slices in a flat baking dish and pour the sauce over them, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 160 degrees … the last 10 minutes at 180 degrees so that the cheese is browned …….. ….
