Carrot and potato vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 700 g carrot(s)
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • some pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • some lovage, some leaves, or a few drops of Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Dice the onion and sauté in butter. Roughly dice the carrots and potatoes and add them to the onions. Pour in the broth, add the chopped lovage, and cook for about 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar and roughly mash everything.
