Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 140 ml milk
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 130 g flour
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Very fluffy and well-seasoned pancakes

Separate the egg and add the egg yolk to the 140 ml milk, stir briefly, and set aside. Beat the egg whites with a small pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Combine the salt and pepper with the flour and slowly mix in the milk and egg mixture. Once there are no more lumps in the batter, carefully fold in the beaten egg whites with a spatula. Fry in a nonstick pan with a little butter until golden brown.
