Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small carrot(s) (60 g)
- 35 g coconut oil
- 80 g quinoa flakes, alternatively oat flakes
- 55 g walnuts
- 20 g chia seeds
- 20 g desiccated coconut
- 80 g apricot(s), dried
- 20 g maple syrup
- e.g. cinnamon and cardamom
- e.g. desiccated coconut, fruit powder, puffed amaranth, dried flowers, etc.

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Delicious and healthy energy balls with carrot, for 16 pieces
Finely grate the carrot and weigh out 60g. Melt the coconut oil. Place the quinoa flakes and walnuts in a blender and chop. Add the remaining ingredients and blend into a dough-like mass. Scoop out small portions of the dough, form them into balls, and roll them in coconut flakes, etc. Place the balls in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set, and then store them in the refrigerator.
