- 250 g wheat flour
- 250 g spelt flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 350 ml carrot juice

Quickly made with baking powder
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Then add the carrot juice and knead well. The dough should not be sticky. If it’s too sticky, add more flour; if it’s too dry, add a little carrot juice (or water). Shape the dough into a loaf and lightly score the top with a knife. Place the loaf in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 40-50 minutes.
