Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 large carrots
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tsp curry powder, mild
- 1 star anise, ground
- 1 tsp wild garlic, dried
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp fennel seeds, ground
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp caraway powder
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp raisins

Peel the carrots, halve them lengthwise, cut them into suitable pieces, and cook them in the vegetable broth. Mix the remaining ingredients, add them, and cook the carrots until soft, adding water if necessary. This goes best with quinoa or farmhouse bread.
