Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g carrot(s), grated
- 130 g butter, very soft
- 100 g flour
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 110 g sugar
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
without nuts, for 12 pieces
Mix all ingredients. Fill into 12 muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C on the second rack from the bottom.
