Nut-free apple muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 140 g sugar
  • 130 g butter, melted
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 160 ml milk, 1.5%
  • 2 eggs
  • 230 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 3 apples, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix all ingredients, fill into 12 muffin cups and bake at 160 degrees fan-assisted oven on the second rack from the bottom for 25 minutes.
