Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 carrots
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Finely grate the carrots, stir in the remaining ingredients, and season to taste. It’s delicious when eaten with rice and then mixed together.
