- 200 g carrot(s), peeled
- 1 m.-sized apple, peeled and pitted
- 1 tsp oil (sesame oil or better: nut oil)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 dashes lemon juice

Finely grate the carrots and apple using a food processor (or hand grater), adding the sugar, oil, and lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly and divide between two salad bowls.
