Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g carrot(s), peeled
  • 1 m.-sized apple, peeled and pitted
  • 1 tsp oil (sesame oil or better: nut oil)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

fast, low-calorie, low-fat, fruity and juicy, inexpensive, ideal side dish

Finely grate the carrots and apple using a food processor (or hand grater), adding the sugar, oil, and lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly and divide between two salad bowls.
