Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 2 apples
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 handful of hazelnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with apples, hazelnuts and lemon

Peel carrots and apples if necessary and then grate them, add lemon juice and hazelnuts as needed.
