Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 kg carrot(s)
- 2 onions
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp Tabasco
- 1 bunch parsley, flat, chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 100 ml olive oil or sunflower oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and finely grate the carrots. Season with salt, pepper, and vinegar and let stand for about 30 minutes. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Heat olive oil or sunflower oil in a pan. Sauté the onion rings, but do not let them brown. Add them to the carrots while still hot. Add the Tabasco and parsley and mix well. Finally, season to taste and mix well again.
