Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 150 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 100 g chocolate shavings
  • 1 bar of chocolate, 12 pieces

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the first seven ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. When filling a prepared muffin tin, proceed as follows: First, pour only half of the batter into each hole, then place a piece of chocolate in the center of each hole, and then fill the holes with the remaining batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. This will produce delicious muffins with a delicate chocolate center. Tip: If desired, cocoa powder can be added to the batter; this will make the muffins even more chocolatey.
