Carrot salad with apples

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized carrot(s), possibly large
  • 1 apple
  • some oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp orange juice
  • some raisins
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the carrots, chop the apple into small pieces, and grate everything in a food processor. Add all the other ingredients, stir, and season to taste. You can refrigerate the salad for a few hours to make it more juicy.
