Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 325 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 175 g hazelnuts
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 250 g flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- ¾ cup of coffee, strong

Cream the butter until fluffy, then add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Next, add the eggs, followed by the hazelnuts. Combine the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and gradually stir in. Finally, add the coffee. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) or 200°C (conventional oven) for about 45 minutes.
