Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g carrot(s), washed, scraped and grated
- 3 onions, finely chopped
- 400 g yogurt
- ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
- Salt
- n. B. garlic
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Heat olive oil in a wide pan and sauté the onions for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the carrots and sauté over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool. Combine the yogurt with the garlic and salt and mix well with the carrots. Serve cold in a bowl or deep serving dish, garnished with parsley. Garlic should be finely grated or pressed with a garlic press.
