Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g natural yogurt
- salt and pepper
- 4 dashes sweetener, liquid
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 500 g carrot(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Wash and finely grate the carrots. Mix all the other ingredients together to make a dressing, toss with the carrots, and let it sit for about 2 hours. Also suitable for diabetics.
