Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 210 g sugar
  • 200 ml oil
  • 1 jar of carrot puree (190 g each)
  • 230 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 30 ml milk
  • 90 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar

Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, and carrot puree with a hand mixer until frothy. Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, add to the egg mixture, and fold in briefly. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease and flour a 25 x 30 cm baking pan. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth it out. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Let cool. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer until smooth. Spread the cream evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Mix the cinnamon sugar and sprinkle it on the already cut pieces.
