Carrot spelt bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 400 g wheat flour
  • 100 g carrot(s), grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 20 g pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds etc.
  • 40 ml oil
  • 240 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Crumble the yeast into a little water, mix with the sugar, and dissolve. Add it to a bowl with all the other ingredients and knead into a dough. Let the dough rise in a preheated oven at 50°C for about 20 minutes. Then shape it into a loaf and bake for about 35 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat).
