Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s), peeled
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 ½ tbsp sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, white from the mill
  • Parsley, chopped
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the peeled carrots and roughly chop the onion. Sauté the onion in the hot margarine, add the carrot slices, and fry. Deglaze with water, cover, and simmer over low heat (about 10 minutes or longer, depending on how thickly you sliced ​​the carrots). Season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and stir in the sour cream. Finally, sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Serve in a bowl, place a dollop of sour cream on top, and sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
