Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 large carrots
- 1 tsp oil
- lots of curry powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- some parsley
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder

Peel the carrots and cut them into julienne strips. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the carrots briefly. Season with curry, soy sauce, and paprika. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with rice.
