Carrot vegetables slightly sharpened

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 50 g onion(s)
  • ½ can tomatoes, chopped, approx. 200 g
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 50 ml cream
  • some broth, granulated
  • ½ tsp Pul Biber (paprika spice mix)
  • some parsley, freshly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the onion and sauté in a little fat. Dice the carrots and add them. Mix in the diced tomatoes and cream. Season with the bouillon powder, cumin, and Pul Biber. Sauté for about 15 minutes, until the carrots still have a bite. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. This goes very well with meatballs and freshly mashed potatoes.
