Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 100 g cream or crème fráiche
- 1 egg yolk
- Salt
- Sauce thickener, light
- n. B. spice(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the carrots, cut them into diagonal strips, and cook them in lightly salted water for 5 minutes. Slice the spring onions into rings and cook for 3 minutes. Add cream or crème fraîche and thicken with a little light sauce thickener. Stir the egg yolk into the simmering vegetables. Season to taste.
