- 400 g carrot(s)
- 3 oranges
- 200 g yogurt
- herbal salt
- Ginger powder
Instructions

Peel and grate the carrots. Peel 2 oranges, remove the white pith, and dice the flesh. Combine the grated carrots and orange segments. Juice the third orange. Mix the yogurt with the juice. Season with herb salt and ground ginger. Mix into the salad. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
