Cashew Salad

The perfect cashew salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cup Roasted and salted cashew nuts
  • 1 piece Red peppers
  • 1 piece Chopped onion
  • 2 piece Spring onion
  • 1 piece Lemon, small
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped parsley
  1. Chop the onion, finely dice the paprika. Cut the spring onions into fine rings, peel the lemon (also the white skin!) And dice finely.
  2. Finely chop the onion and sauté in a little olive oil until translucent, add diced paprika and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Let cool down.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, serve fresh.
  4. The salad still tastes good when pulled through, but the cashw are no longer crisp.
