Cashew Salad
The perfect cashew salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cup Roasted and salted cashew nuts
- 1 piece Red peppers
- 1 piece Chopped onion
- 2 piece Spring onion
- 1 piece Lemon, small
- Olive oil
- Chopped parsley
- Chop the onion, finely dice the paprika. Cut the spring onions into fine rings, peel the lemon (also the white skin!) And dice finely.
- Finely chop the onion and sauté in a little olive oil until translucent, add diced paprika and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Let cool down.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, serve fresh.
- The salad still tastes good when pulled through, but the cashw are no longer crisp.
