Papaya Herb Salad with Cashew Nuts

The perfect papaya herb salad with cashew nuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • 2 Pc. Papaya
  • 1 Pc. Orange
  • 2 Pc. Limes untreated
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 Pc. Ripe avocado
  • 1 bunch Coriander
  • 250 g Cashews

In the morning

  1. Wash and clean the spring onions, cut diagonally into thin rings. Halve, core and peel the papayas. Dice papaya pulp. Squeeze the orange and limes, season the juice with salt, pepper and honey, and fold in the oil. Cover and chill.

Just before serving

  1. Halve the avocados, peel and remove the core. Cut the pulp into pieces or thinly slices. Mix carefully with the dressing and papaya and arrange on the plates. Pluck the coriander leaves and sprinkle with the spring onions over the salad. Sprinkle with plenty of cashew nuts.
