Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g kohlrabi
  • 250 g potatoes
  • 150 g carrot(s)
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 20 g butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 200 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the kohlrabi, potatoes, and carrots and slice them thinly. Clean and wash the mushrooms and slice them as well. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Layer the vegetables in a buttered casserole dish, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper and sprinkling with parsley. Pour the cream over the vegetables and spread the cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes.
