Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ½ kg minced meat
- 300 g gnocchi
- salt water
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
- 2 spring onions, cut into rings
- ½ can corn kernels, drained
- 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 200 g cheese (Edam), grated
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the package instructions. Brown the ground beef just before it’s cooked through. Add the diced bell peppers, spring onions, and corn and cook briefly. Then add the peeled tomatoes and sour cream, season, and simmer briefly. Transfer everything to a large casserole dish and mix everything together again. Place the casserole dish in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese over the meat after the first 5 minutes in the oven.
