Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g black currants (cassis)
- 2 peaches, the very large ones or 3 smaller ones
- 100 g blackcurrant juice, dark, possibly homemade
- 3 tbsp cane sugar, possibly more
- 1 dashes lime juice, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean, deseed, and wash the currants. Wash, pit, and dice the peaches. Simmer the fruit with the juice and sugar for 10 minutes, then season with lime juice and cane sugar.
