  • 1 orange(s)
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce, dark
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Make a marinade with the squeezed orange, soy sauce, salt, and pepper and let the catfish marinate in it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Heat a little oil in a pan and lightly toast the sesame seeds. Sear the catfish on both sides over high heat and add the remaining marinade. Add 2 tablespoons of honey and let the sauce thicken slightly. It tastes delicious with stir-fried vegetables and is very quick to prepare.
