Tortellini with ham, blue cheese, cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tortellini (cheese tortellini)
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 200 g blue cheese
  • 2 onions
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the ham and onions and sauté in butter. Then sauté with flour. Deglaze with vegetable stock and then add the cream. While simmering gently, stir the diced cheese into the sauce. Season with spices and lemon juice. Cook the tortellini in salted water until tender and serve with the sauce.
