Cauliflower and broccoli salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small head of cauliflower
  • 600 g broccoli
  • some water
  • 2 tsp mustard, hot
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the cauliflower and broccoli and divide into florets. Bring a little water to a boil and sauté the vegetables for 5-10 minutes, until they are still firm to the bite. Mix the mustard, vinegar, oil, honey, sour cream, and yogurt well and season with salt and pepper. Serve the vegetables warm, pour over the sauce, and sprinkle with parsley.
