also for non-vegetable lovers
Cook rice in water according to the package instructions. Drain and mix with sour cream and cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water. They should still have a good bite. Drain and roughly mash with a fork or chop finely with a knife. Fry the ground beef in oil until lightly browned. Add the diced onion and fry briefly. Add the tomato paste and garlic and sauté briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the chopped cauliflower to the ground beef mixture and mix everything together. Place the prepared rice in a greased baking dish. Pour the ground beef and cauliflower mixture on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese to taste. Bake at 200°C (preheated) for about 15-20 minutes. If you like, you can also serve Hungarian hot pepper paste (the salt-preserved one in a jar, where you can still see the seeds). Serve with salad.
