Ingredients
Soup
- 2 Onions
- 3 tsp Curry
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 800 ml Vegetable broth
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 1 medium Cauliflower fresh
- 250 g Peas
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli from the mill
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
Decoration
- 150 g Shrimp
- Roasted peanuts
Instructions
preparation
- Peel, quarter and thinly slice the onions, clean and wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets.
Here we go ;:-)
- Heat some oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions, add curry and fry them briefly.
- Sprinkle the flour on top, stir well, deglaze with the vegetable stock and coconut milk and bring everything to a boil.
- Now add the cauliflower and let simmer for about 10 minutes, add the peas and cook for another 5.
- Season the soup with salt, pepper, chilli and soy sauce.
Decoration
- Fry the prawns briefly.
- Put the soup on a plate, pour the prawns and peanuts over it and enjoy the soup --- Bon appetit; 🙂
