Cauliflower and Pea Curry Soup

Ingredients
 

Soup

  • 2 Onions
  • 3 tsp Curry
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 800 ml Vegetable broth
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 medium Cauliflower fresh
  • 250 g Peas
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli from the mill
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce

Decoration

  • 150 g Shrimp
  • Roasted peanuts

Instructions
 

preparation

  • Peel, quarter and thinly slice the onions, clean and wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets.

Here we go ;:-)

  • Heat some oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions, add curry and fry them briefly.
  • Sprinkle the flour on top, stir well, deglaze with the vegetable stock and coconut milk and bring everything to a boil.
  • Now add the cauliflower and let simmer for about 10 minutes, add the peas and cook for another 5.
  • Season the soup with salt, pepper, chilli and soy sauce.

Decoration

  • Fry the prawns briefly.
  • Put the soup on a plate, pour the prawns and peanuts over it and enjoy the soup --- Bon appetit; 🙂
