Cauliflower and Pea Curry Soup

The perfect cauliflower and pea curry soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Soup

  • 2 Onions
  • 3 teaspoon Curry
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 800 ml Vegetable broth
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 medium size Cauliflower fresh
  • 250 g Peas -TK
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli from the mill
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce

Decoration

  • 150 g Shrimp
  • Roasted peanuts

preparation

  1. Peel, quarter and thinly slice the onions, clean and wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets.

Here we go ;:-)

  1. Heat some oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions, add curry and fry them briefly.
  2. Sprinkle the flour on top, stir well, deglaze with the vegetable stock and coconut milk and bring everything to a boil.
  3. Now add the cauliflower and let simmer for about 10 minutes, add the peas and cook for another 5.
  4. Season the soup with salt, pepper, chilli and soy sauce.

Decoration

  1. Fry the prawns briefly.
  2. Put the soup on a plate, pour the prawns and peanuts over it and enjoy the soup — Bon appetit; 🙂
