Fruit Lasagne

The perfect fruit lasagne recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Discs Brioche
  • 750 g Fruit, cut into pieces
  • 1 Lime, juice of it
  • 2 cl Amaretto
  • 3 Eggs
  • 0,375 l Milk
  • Fat for the shape
  1. Grease a baking dish and place three slices of brioche in it.
  2. Mix the selected and cut fruit with the lime juice and the amaretto.
  3. Divide half of the fruit on the brioche slices.
  4. Place the last three brioche slices on top of the fruit and spread the rest of the fruit on top.
  5. Separate the eggs. Whip egg whites into stiff snow. Mix the milk and egg yolk well, fold the egg whites into the egg milk and pour the whole thing over the Eastern Lasagne.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30-35 minutes.

Fits to:

  1. vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream
