Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-large cauliflower
- salt water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- ⅛ liter white wine
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 100 g cooked ham
- 50 g cheese, grated
- Butter for the mold

Clean the cauliflower and divide it into florets. Cook in salted water for about 20 minutes until tender. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Fry the chopped onion and garlic in hot oil, dice the ham, and add it. Season with salt and pepper, and pour in the wine. Simmer until the cauliflower is tender. Arrange the drained cauliflower florets in a buttered baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Grill until the cheese is golden. You can also serve the cheese separately; then the mixture doesn’t need to be grilled. Tip: This is a great starter or appetizer.
