Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g rice (boil-in-the-bag)
- 300 g minced meat (pork)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 carrots
- 1 can of corn
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the rice in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Briefly fry the minced meat in a pan. Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and grate the carrot. Add both to the minced meat and fry briefly. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Grease a baking dish. Alternate the layers as follows: rice, minced meat, and corn. Whisk the cream with the egg, season, and pour over the casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes, then serve.
