Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 5 m.-sized potatoes
- 500 g minced meat
- 400 g cream cheese
- 400 g cream cheese with herbs
- 1 liter of water
- 2 tsp vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Clean the cauliflower and cut into smaller rosettes. Clean the spring onions and cut into small rings. Cook both in water with the stock until the cauliflower is al dente. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Boil in salted water until al dente. Then add the potatoes to the stock with the cauliflower. Meanwhile, brown the minced meat in a pan with a little oil and seasoning until crumbly. Add the minced meat to the vegetable pot. Gradually add the cream cheese and the herb cream cheese, alternating between the two, and mix well. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
