Cauliflower gratin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 pack of grated cheese
  • some salt and pepper
  • some vegetable broth
  • some flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple, quick and delicious

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cut the cauliflower florets and add them to the pot. Cook until al dente. Cut the cooked ham into pieces. Grease a casserole dish and layer the cauliflower florets and cooked ham. For the light sauce: Sauté the flour, deglaze with stock until a sauce forms, add the cream, and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and cooked ham, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) until the cheese is lightly browned.
