Cauliflower Omelette …

The perfect cauliflower omelette … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Cauliflower fresh
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Curry powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Grana Padano grated
  • 30 Milliliters Milk
  • Freshly chopped chives
  • Salt
  1. Clean cauliflower, cut into small florets and cook in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and drain.
  2. Mix the eggs with Grana Padano, milk and chives. Season with salt.
  3. Melt the butter in a crucible. Add cauliflower. Dust with curry powder. Let it sweat briefly. Spread the eggs evenly over the top. Cover and let stand.
  4. Slide the omelette onto a plate. Garnish with chives … and let taste … 😉
