The perfect cauliflower omelette … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Cauliflower fresh
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Curry powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Grana Padano grated
- 30 Milliliters Milk
- Freshly chopped chives
- Salt
- Clean cauliflower, cut into small florets and cook in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and drain.
- Mix the eggs with Grana Padano, milk and chives. Season with salt.
- Melt the butter in a crucible. Add cauliflower. Dust with curry powder. Let it sweat briefly. Spread the eggs evenly over the top. Cover and let stand.
