Hearty Croissant
The perfect hearty croissant recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 package Puff pastry croissant
- 0,5 small Onion
- 100 g. Mixed minced meat
- 2 Eßl. Cream cheese
- super tasty croissant with minced meat filling
- First you set the oven (top / bottom heat) to 200 °. Now you cut the onions very small and add them to the minced meat. You season it with salt, pepper, the cream cheese and the Italian herbs. Now everything goes into the hot frying pan and seared very quickly. Please let the filling cool down a little now. In the meantime you unroll your package with the puff pastry and cut out the triangles. After the mince has cooled down a bit, put about 1 heaped tablespoon of the filling on the wide side of each puff pastry triangle. Roll it up from the broad side towards the tip. It should look like a croissant now. When you’ve put everything on the baking sheet, slide it onto the middle rail. It takes about 10-12 minutes to finish. It depends on how brown you want it to be. When they’re done, please let them cool for a few minutes, as they are devilishly hot inside
