Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • ½ tbsp almond butter
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • Salt
  • some mint leaves
  • 1 small cauliflower, approx. 300 g
  • turmeric

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

delicious fresh food made from raw cauliflower

Using a hand blender, make a sauce from the first five ingredients and season with turmeric. Wash and grate the cauliflower. Immediately stir into the sauce. Season to taste and let stand for at least 30 minutes. Add the mint leaves. Also delicious with orange segments.
