Cauliflower salad with carrots

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ cauliflower
  • 6 carrots
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

simple but tasty raw food

Clean the cauliflower, then slice it thinly with a cucumber slicer (you can also slice the stem if you like). Peel the carrots and finely slice them as well. Pour the cup of cream over the cauliflower and season with salt and pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. It makes a delicious side salad, but also makes a great lunch or dinner snack on its own in the summer. It will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
