Cauliflower Salsicce Pan

The perfect cauliflower salsicce pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 smaller Cauliflower
  • 4 Salsicce
  • 1 Onion, finely diced
  • 4 Stems Leaf parsley, chopped
  • 80 g Herb olives
  • 150 g Feta
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Wash the cauliflower and divide it into small florets. Cook the cauliflower florets in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain, rinse in cold water and drain well. Cut the salsicce into slices.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the salsicce slices all around for about 5 minutes, then add the onion and cook until translucent. Now add the cauliflower florets and stir-fry for another 4 minutes.
  3. Then mix in the parsley and olives and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Then crumble and add the feta and continue cooking until it melts slightly, then season with salt and pepper and serve.
