Cauliflower Salsicce Pan
The perfect cauliflower salsicce pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 smaller Cauliflower
- 4 Salsicce
- 1 Onion, finely diced
- 4 Stems Leaf parsley, chopped
- 80 g Herb olives
- 150 g Feta
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Wash the cauliflower and divide it into small florets. Cook the cauliflower florets in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain, rinse in cold water and drain well. Cut the salsicce into slices.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the salsicce slices all around for about 5 minutes, then add the onion and cook until translucent. Now add the cauliflower florets and stir-fry for another 4 minutes.
- Then mix in the parsley and olives and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Then crumble and add the feta and continue cooking until it melts slightly, then season with salt and pepper and serve.
