Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g cauliflower, only the leaves without ribs
  • 20 g coarse-grained sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

for vegetables, soups, sauces, broth, minced meat, cabbage rolls, raw vegetable salads, etc.

Preheat oven to 100°C fan/convection oven. Tear the cauliflower leaves into small pieces. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the leaves on the tray. Place on the middle rack of the oven for 30 minutes, with a wooden spoon in the door. Then bake for 15 minutes at 80°C. Mix the dried leaves with 20g of sea salt, grind in a coffee grinder, and fill into twist-off jars. Makes 2 jars, approximately 47 ml each.
