Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg cauliflower
- 100 g butter
- 1 bag of ready-made mix for crispy Wiener Schnitzel
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean the cauliflower, divide it into florets, and wash it. Cook it in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes, drain well, and transfer it to a serving dish. Melt the fat in a pan and add the ready-made mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the cauliflower.
